Natural habitat destruction and environmental pollution has been the burning global issues today. Wherever habitats are destroyed due to pollution or human interference of any kind, it influences over a great area and trails towards an unhygenic and unsustainable consequence. Bangladesh today is facing several environmental problems just like the present world, a result of extreme selfishness and greed of a few of its inhabitants. At the same time, the level of humanity has gone considerably down and some people are making money at the cost of our environment leaving it unsuitable to survive. Our air has gone unhealthy to breathe, water unsuitable to use and our life has become a curse due to untolerable noise everyday, everywhere. By the name of industrialization, construction and socio-economic development they have turned the life of general people a hell and the future of the country an uncertainity, making everything unstable and unusable. So, a safer environment and a mass of envionmentally conscious people is the crying need of the time for a eco-friendly future world.
Nature Study Society of Bangladesh (NSSB) is a leading-edge multi-diciplinary organization, where you can see a multitude of nature-lovers of tomorrow; the only hope of today’s Bangladesh. NSSB has been working for the advancement of environment-friendly sustainable development, keeping a good pace with such organizations home and abroad. We strongly believe that sustainability is the dynamic midpoint between perpetual natural cycles of destruction and restoration. In this crually damaged and depleted world, we need to tip the scales toward restoration, regeneration and resilience to sustain the web of life for future eco-conscious generations.
